Good morning, Wednesday. As I sit here still reviewing some power points for my history final, the students that remain on campus this quarter are walking in the light morning drizzle to take their finals. I’ll be one of them in a matter of hours.

But I’m in such an enlightened mood, that I’m excited to feel the rain against my face and seep its life into my skin. I’ve studied all night for this final and feel very prepared, Mike and I made up late last night and embraced each other for a good 5 minutes, just holding each other, and really appreciating that the other is still here to do so. My car’s getting fixed today and I’m going to get dolled up and go out to dinner with Tyler and Shea for a celebratory end-of-the-quarter date. Then to finish off the night, I will be getting together with Mike, Max, Clayton, Cody, Taylor, Chloe, Tyler, Shea, and Nate to make a toast and then stumble into bed and sleep for the next 12 hours.

Overall, life is turning around and is looking very grand. My grades are good, my Spring Break is just a few days away, my friends are plentiful and the best people, and I’ve found Mike a few weeks ago, whom I can consider a great friend as well as holds potential boyfriend material. Bliss.
